We've been in your shoes. As life long hiring managers and recruiters, we used to scream about how much we hated working on filling open roles.
Ever get the same resumes over and over and waste an hour on a pointless interview? Ever love a candidate only to find out they are asking way above your salary range? We did and it just sucks. The worst of it, even while wasting your time, you still pay a premium for these services because "that's how it's always been." Let's cut the crap. Staffing and recruiting needs to be better. It needs to evolve with the times.

How it Started
Our story didn't begin with some huge lofty goal. It was purely necessity. We were a pair of normal dudes working at a SaaS company, and we needed to switch to a development team in Brazil. Well low and behold we saw immediate results to our code and product quality and couldn't wait to talk about it. We chatted with some friends in our network, and they asked if they could help them find people in LATAM too. We hooked them up with some pretty cool software developers, DevOps Engineers, and Product Designers.
Then a funny thing happened. Our clients and candidates started sharing with their network, and before we knew it, Handle was born.
We've grown steadily since those first few clients, but have zero desire to build an empire. We remain selective on who we work with, preferring to work with clients and candidates craving a more hands-on and long term experience. We approach growth carefully, always weighing the impact on our current customers. We work with only the best, provide only the best, because that's how you get the best.
